Trained in law in the jurisdictions of Canada, New York and Singapore, Franca was one of the first foreign lawyers to gain full admission to the Singapore Bar.Her areas of expertise include corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment law, and contracts law, with a focus on technology businesses.


Kenneth is a Singapore-qualified corporate lawyer and an Associate Director with Consilium Law Corporation.  He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, contract and company law, securities regulation and compliance in a variety of sectors. He has a considerable amount of experience in assisting start-up  and technology companies with capital raising, structuring and expansion in Singapore and in the region. 


Mr. Lin Yingxin is a Legal Associate at Consilium Law Corporation. His practice includes Commercial Litigation and Corporate & Commercial Law. He specializes in general corporate advisory work and drafting commercial contracts. He also has experience assisting start-up and technology companies in trade mark applications, capital raising, disputes and employment law matters.
